Inspection

is made when all and/or major part of products (usually 70 %) is packed. At that moment our agents control the covering, quantity and quality of products, right marking of products and transporting cartons (shipping marks), etc.
Within detailed control we check whether the products conform to our client´s requirements and are consistent with samples delivered by them beforehand. At this stage we make overall audits on the whole batch of products to ensure their quality and prevent noncompliant products being delivered to the client. If everything O.K. and products meet requirements of clients we pass on the entire consignment to the shipper. In opposite case we usualy contact the client for further instructions. That´s way the clients obtain the overview of state of control and may decide how to proceed before irrevocable steps are done.

Following the inspection we may be also present at the loading site to oversee the handling with goods during loading on board to ensure that the shipment conforms to client requirements. It is possible to take pictures as evidence if required by the client. The same procedure can be arranged also at discharging of goods in the place of destination. This possibility is welcomed above all in case the goods is shipped as cargo in packets in collecting truck or container as the entire consignment is under supervision for all over way from place of dispatch to place of discharge and the client can be sure about good handling with goods. In such way minimum damages occures.
